Sound Healing

Take a music bath once or twice a week. You will find that it is to the soul what a water bath is to the heart. Oliver Wendell Holmes Sr.

About the session

Sound healing (also called sound meditation or sound massage) is a relaxation accompanied by sounds created with Tibetan bowls, rain stick, chimes, didgeridoo, etc. The vibrations and frequencies created travel through the body, harmonising the energy of the physical, emotional and mental body.

The session begins with breathing exercises to increase the client's presence and listening. Then, in a seated posture, we welcome the sound and vibration experience from head to toe. The experience continues in relaxation and finally ends seated again.

I close the session with an exchange about the experience. This kind of experience can be lived individually or in a group.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before you start

Because of the difficulty of paying attention to all of the participants, with a risk of disturbance and disruption for the whole group.

By striking the bowls or making them sing, a sound is created, a vibration with a certain frequency. That frequency penetrates the cells of the body and harmonises them. Even more so in individual sessions, when I can place the bowls directly on the body or very close to the person.

As we are made of between 60 and 80% water, sound travels freely through the body to balance and harmonise the cells and also to speed up and strengthen self-healing
