These Terms and Conditions set out how the website https://yoga-beyt.devmm.ma may be accessed and used, as well as the conditions under which Yoga Beyt offers its sessions, workshops and training programmes. By browsing this site or requesting a session, you fully accept these terms.

2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define:

• the conditions under which any visitor may access and use the website;
• the conditions under which the services offered by Yoga Beyt are booked and delivered.

3. Access to the website

The website is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. Connection and equipment costs remain the user’s responsibility.

Yoga Beyt endeavours to keep the site available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but cannot be held liable for any interruption caused by maintenance, updates, technical failure or force majeure.

4. Services offered

Yoga Beyt offers yoga sessions, meditation and sound healing sessions, one-to-one guidance, as well as workshops and training programmes. The description of each service is presented on the corresponding pages of the site for information purposes only and is not contractually binding: only the details confirmed during the prior exchange between Yoga Beyt and the participant are authoritative.

5. Booking a session

Bookings are made through the contact form on the website, by email or by phone. Any request sent through the site constitutes a booking request, not a confirmed booking.

A booking becomes final only once Yoga Beyt has expressly confirmed it, stating the date, time, location and price of the service.

6. Prices and payment

Applicable prices are communicated to the participant before the booking is confirmed. They are expressed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD).

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due no later than the day of the session, using the method indicated in the confirmation. No payment is collected directly on the website: this site is not an online sales platform.

7. Cancellation, rescheduling and no-shows

• Cancellation by the participant: any cancellation must be notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. After that deadline, or in the event of an unannounced absence, the session may be considered payable.
• Rescheduling: rescheduling is possible subject to availability, provided the request is made within the notice period above.
• Cancellation by Yoga Beyt: should Yoga Beyt be unable to deliver a session, the participant will be offered a new date or, failing that, a refund of any amount already paid for that session.

8. Health, safety and participant responsibility

The practices offered are in no way a medical act, diagnosis, treatment or prescription, and are not a substitute for medical advice or care. In case of doubt, illness, pregnancy, injury or ongoing treatment, the participant must consult a healthcare professional before taking part.

The participant undertakes to inform Yoga Beyt of any known contraindication or physical limitation, to practise within their own limits, and to stop any exercise causing pain or discomfort. The participant remains responsible for their own health during the session.

9. Conduct during sessions

Participants undertake to respect schedules, venues, the equipment made available and other participants. Yoga Beyt reserves the right to refuse or terminate access to a session for anyone whose behaviour disrupts it or endangers other participants, without entitlement to a refund.

10. Intellectual property

All elements of the website — texts, images, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, structure and teaching materials — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Yoga Beyt or its rights holders.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation or distribution, in whole or in part and on any medium, is prohibited without prior written permission. Audio or video recording of sessions is prohibited without prior consent.

11. Liability

The information published on this site is provided for general information purposes. Yoga Beyt endeavours to keep it accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee that it is exhaustive.

Yoga Beyt cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the site, from the inability to access it, from the presence of a virus on the user’s equipment, or from the content of third-party sites reachable through hyperlinks.

12. Personal data

Personal data submitted through the website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Changes to these terms

Yoga Beyt reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable terms are those in force at the time of browsing or booking. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable settlement before any legal action. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent Moroccan courts.
