From Passion
to Vocation

Before starting a new chapter in my life in 2009 and devoting myself fully to yoga, meditation, complementary medicine and, more recently, holistic professional coaching, I gained rich experience of over 20 years in the corporate world managing sales teams and field marketing in multinationals.

It was in 1997 that my path crossed with yoga. I was amazed by its gentle power, born of the slowness of the movements (it’s true I hadn’t discovered Ashtanga Yoga or Bikram Yoga at that time 😉 …), their precision, and the kind listening to the inner dialogue that arises.
All of this combined brought physical, emotional and mental well-being.

In 2008, I gladly left behind the traditional suit and tie to embody more of what I’m passionate about: helping relationships and supporting individuals and groups.

Studio Experience and More

My experience as a yoga teacher began in a studio close to my heart, Studio des Asphodèles in Casablanca. From there, I flew in 2009 to Tunisia, where my experience was enriched over 5 years between studios and organizing retreats. It was also in Tunisia that I opened my own studio in my living space, which I named: Yoga Beyt

Back in Morocco in 2012, I had the opportunity, after settling in Marrakech, to collaborate with major establishments such as La Mamounia, while also opening my own studio in my place of residence. As for holistic therapies, I welcome people in my space, and I also sometimes travel when necessary.

Holistic path

An eternal nomad, I’m currently based in Casablanca, my hometown, and from there I practice what nourishes me. Through holistic approaches, professional coaching and yoga, I support people one-on-one or in groups, for both individuals and companies.

Philosophy & vision ...

01

Inner balance

Rediscover harmony between body and mind through a gentle, mindful and soothing practice. Each session invites you to release tension, improve posture and create a true space of inner calm.

02

Presence & breathing

Each movement and each breath becomes an opportunity to slow down, refocus and listen to the body’s needs. Through conscious breathing, yoga helps cultivate presence and balance in everyday life.

03

Strength & serenity

Build physical and inner strength while cultivating fluidity, gentleness and serenity. Regular practice helps strengthen the body, calm the mind and regain a lasting sense of well-being.

Passion

It’s the fire that fuels what I share one-on-one or in groups. Passion allows us to be generous with the time we give to ourselves and to others.
The only warning is that it must not blind us …

Authenticity

Being authentic with yourself as well as with others is an essential value for staying consistent in my practices.
You can’t thrive in a healthy way without authenticity.

Presence

It develops through a harmonious dance between listening to yourself and listening to the other.
Presence can lead to deep silences that give the other enough space to express what needs to be expressed.

Kindness

Without kindness, we do violence to ourselves and to others. It’s an essential value for any sincere support when you are serving the other’s best interest and needs

My Values

My Philosophy

In the approach of supporting through yoga or other paths, it is necessary to be in kindness, presence and authenticity, because it is essential to let go and allow the unexpected to arise and resistance to express itself, always with respect for oneself and the other, within a predefined alliance.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before you start

It is absolutely to be avoided for as long as the infection has not been treated.

It is a practice that works on the reflex zones of the foot, which correspond to parts of the body such as the muscles, the skeleton and the organs.

It can be painful at certain stages. The pressures are gradual and I warn the person receiving when they are about to be at their strongest.

I adapt to the client’s flexibility while respecting their limits.

It is an essentially energetic massage through movement. Its aim is to accompany the client towards their full self-healing potential in 1, 3 or 5 sessions at most.

You need to see a doctor and have X-rays / an MRI before anything else, then wait until you have healed before scheduling sessions.

Yes, you simply need to sit properly, adjusting the chair for optimal ergonomics.

The earlier we start and the later I finish, the more people I will be able to see.

No, normal work clothing is enough

Definitely not!!! We simulate it, and if genuine laughter comes out that is fine, and if it does not that is fine too.

Quite simply because laughter is a series of strong exhalations

Simply by sharing laughter with familiar or less familiar faces, people are brought closer together, and even more so when eye contact between the participants is intense

Do not speak, keep eye contact with the participants, throw yourself fully into the games offered and welcome every emotion felt, without distinction.

From 5 to 10 minutes onwards you can already feel the tension drop and calm return

Yes: for restless and tense people it can be difficult to stay still physically and mentally. The good news is that the techniques can help bring calm back.

Relaxation is generally practised lying down, whereas meditation is done sitting.

Meditation practice is a wonderful tool for living the present moment more intensely and for seeing reality as it is, beyond
the veil of illusion.

For serious and less serious illnesses where pain management is needed, meditation practice can help you accept what is and, through that acceptance, reduce the sensation of pain.

Whenever you can devote time to an inner exploration.

60 seconds is already very good

Yes, yoga welcomes everyone apart from the contraindications

In some respects, yes. If you identify with the experience you are living.

Somatic movement is even slower in its practice, with the aim of triggering self-healing

Because of the difficulty of paying attention to all of the participants, with a risk of disturbance and disruption for the whole group.

A very important question of ethics, which is guaranteed by the bond of trust that is established and by the coach’s reputation.

No, it is rather to be encouraged, in sessions for pregnant women or one to one.
Yoga is an excellent discipline to accompany a pregnancy and to help with the birth, as well as afterwards.

Comfortable clothing that lets you stay seated without moving is very useful.

Absolutely. Slow movement allows you to go gently, without forcing the body’s inner protection systems.

By striking the bowls or making them sing, a sound is created, a vibration with a certain frequency. That frequency penetrates the cells of the body and harmonises them. Even more so in individual sessions, when I can place the bowls directly on the body or very close to the person.

Not necessarily. The coach supports a way of being, not a way of doing. Having knowledge of the field can help, but it is not essential.

It is indeed: it can help reduce that state and manage it better.

You cannot meditate! On the other hand, anyone with a minimum ability to hold their attention can aspire to make their way towards meditation.

As we are made of between 60 and 80% water, sound travels freely through the body to balance and harmonise the cells and also to speed up and strengthen self-healing

They need to let off steam, it is in their nature. I would recommend it

Because of the difficulty of paying attention to all of the participants, with a risk of disturbance and disruption for the whole group.

Yoga can help you better manage some of the upheavals you may meet along your life path.

Yoga is a wonderful tool for personal development. As such, it can only help you on your religious path.
