About the session

What is Sound Healing?

Sound Healing, or sound therapy, is a deep relaxation practice that uses the vibrations of instruments such as Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes and gongs. These harmonious sounds encourage a state of calm and re-centring.

During the session, you are simply invited to relax and let yourself be carried by the vibrations. They act on the body and the mind, helping to reduce stress, release tension and restore inner balance.

Each session is a unique experience, offering a moment of reconnection with yourself, conducive to well-being, relaxation and emotional soothing.

The Benefits

In praise of slowness, to become aware of what may no longer be in harmony

Deep relaxation

Experience deep relaxation as soothing sound vibrations help calm your nervous system, release physical tension, and create a lasting sense of peace throughout your body and mind.

Stress reduction

Allow the therapeutic sounds to quiet mental distractions, ease everyday stress, and promote a calmer, more balanced emotional state in a gentle and natural way.

Energy balance

Harmonious frequencies support your body's natural energy flow, helping restore inner balance and encouraging a renewed feeling of vitality and emotional well-being.

Peaceful sleep

Deep relaxation during the session helps prepare both body and mind for more restful sleep, making it easier to unwind and wake up feeling refreshed.

Who is it for?

General profile of the participants

An interesting practice for anyone wishing to slow down their gestures and movements. A complementary practice to support self-healing.

For people in recovery

When movement stops, muscle wastes away within days. Somatic movement gently restores mobility and independence. It also allows a reprogramming of the memories that limit movement in order to protect the body's integrity and keep it from further trauma. These memories remain vivid, and movement helps to "tame" them so as to bring about awareness.

For athletes

Athletes, whether elite or amateur, subject their bodies to micro-traumas that can lead to injury. This practice can help prevent them by releasing the tension that builds up over time, through a simple and gentle practice.
