About the session

What is Thai Yoga Massage?

This is an ancient massage practised in the time of the Buddha, which consists of performing yoga movements in harmony with my breathing, synchronised with the client's. It also involves pressure with the fingers, the hands, the forearms and the feet. It is an oil-free massage, so it is done fully clothed, as if you were going to a yoga session. Loose, comfortable clothing is therefore recommended for a pleasant practice.

The touch and the pressure are precise and harmonious, in the sense that I seek to go to the client's physical limit without forcing. Physical pain is the sign of a limit to be respected and not to be crossed. That is why the pressure applied is progressive and respectful of the client's physical integrity, so as to maintain total relaxation from the beginning of the session to the end. A typical session begins and ends with a sound massage using Tibetan bowls as well as other instruments such as Koshi chimes, and takes place on a futon.

I adapt to the client’s flexibility while respecting their limits.

It is an essentially energetic massage through movement. Its aim is to accompany the client towards their full self-healing potential in 1, 3 or 5 sessions at most.

You need to see a doctor and have X-rays / an MRI before anything else, then wait until you have healed before scheduling sessions.
