Professional coaching is personalised support aimed at developing the potential, the skills and the performance of an individual or a team within a clearly defined framework and according to clearly defined objectives. It brings about the realisations needed to face crises and to ensure lasting transitions, through solutions found by means of caring questioning. The coaching I offer is holistic in that I provide support tools for managing stress through breathing, meditation and visualisation. The aim is for the people coached to be autonomous, able to face the unexpected on their own and with confidence.
The first session, considered an introductory meeting, is always free. Building mutual trust is fundamental for a respectful and harmonious coach/coachee relationship, within an agreed pact that clearly defines it.

Awareness through exploring how to improve communication, prevent burnout and ensure harmonious transitions.
Working on clear goals of balance and harmony in your life in order to feel fulfilled.

Everything you need to know to approach your coaching with peace of mind. A few simple pointers before starting this journey towards greater autonomy and clarity.
The number of sessions is to be defined together

Everything you need to know before you start

Not necessarily. The coach supports a way of being, not a way of doing. Having knowledge of the field can help, but it is not essential.
