About the session

What is foot reflexology?

A manual practice of manipulating the feet to stimulate stagnant energy on the physical, emotional and mental levels. A typical session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, including the case history at the start. Some conditions may require more than one session, so the number is to be discussed together. In alternative therapies the patient is an actor in their own healing: they have the responsibility of accompanying their own journey towards greater well-being.

Foot reflexology can relieve many complaints, including digestive disorders, ENT conditions, allergies, skin diseases, sleep and hormonal disorders, spinal pain, etc. Benefits? Foot reflexology energises the body, harmonises the vital functions, releases nervous tension and therefore brings deep relaxation, improves blood circulation, activates the lymphatic system and relaxes the muscles. It is a holistic therapy in the sense that it relieves not only the physical side but also the psychological one.
